How to create Linked Events

G'day gang   Grin

Any Linked Event listed on this board — with a red asterisk * at the start of the title — also appears in our events calendar (click the Calendar link below the page header, above).

The red asterisk * is also an active hyperlink that will take you directly to that calendar entry.

How do you create a Linked Event?

First, go to the Calendar (click the Calendar button below the page header, above) and go to the page for the month when your event will take place.

Click on the "Post Event" button at the bottom of the month table.

Enter the details of your event, check "Link Event to Post", then select to "Post In: Important Announcements – Coming events…".

Click the "Post" button.

You'll be returned to the forum with your Linked Event displayed.

Ever get the feeling that online MLM is mostly the same old people doing the same old stuff... just with new technology?
The Cult of Personality still rules.

So much for "revolution" and "transformation". Fancy new packaging, same old contents. (http://BarkersEggs.com) Time for a change.

Thanks for the instruction.  Had not looked at the Calender. Now tried a couple of events - worked fine.   Now to better understand appropriate events to post.

Not simple given the varied interests and locations of the members.
